My Xbox Live Enforcement Action Appeal (April 2018)

It is not that I am claiming this suspension is unwarranted. However, I am confused as to why I received this penalty. Because I have been using this Xbox One account for almost a year now and I have not received a single suspension up until about a week ago. Now, only a few days later, I have received a second one. On top of that, since I received my first suspension, I have made sure to only play with close friends I know in real life. I've also been very careful not to send any messages that could be perceived as harassment and to filter my language in party chat. Thus, although this suspension may be warranted, I do not see why it is. And if it is deserved, I would love to know why so this does not happen again in the future and my account does not risk becoming permanently banned. On the other hand, if this suspension is unwarranted like I feel it is, I would like to formally appeal it. Because both of these suspensions have come “out of the blue” for me and I miss talking to my friends online.
