Message I Sent to Technicians at Peachtree Computers in Roswell, Georgia (December 9, 2019)

For a solid month, at the very least, the cheap stock liquid cooling unit (120mm RGB liquid cooling system) in my desktop (Windows PC) has not been functioning properly. I believe the company that manufactured the desktop (iBuyPower) did a poor job applying the thermal paste and/or the pump has essentially failed, particularly since I noticed Amazon reviews and Reddit threads regarding the model of my PC contained many customers experiencing similar issues. This defect has forced me to stream and play games on low-quality settings to avoid overheating my CPU (Intel Core i7-9700K), which has reached over 100 degrees Celsius when I attempt to use standard settings. However, the Geek Squad at Best Buy said the removal/installation of liquid cooling falls out of their domain. I am looking for someone to assist me in replacing the cooler I have now with an upgraded one. Because I do not know exactly how to complete the process myself, I do not want to sacrifice the time required to send my entire PC back to my manufacturer for several weeks to install the cooler (plus, the company refuses to install any cooler other than the stock part that came with the pc), and I do not want to degrade the long-term health of my processor.
