Handwritten Letter I Composed for My Friend and His Spouse

Earning your name, along with Nik and I, as part of the three stooges.
Making Coach Miller so proud with your sprinting speed on the track.
Launching frisbee discs 60+ yards in the fields at Berry College.
Driving 100+ mph down the expressway in your early 2000s Cadillac Deville.
Going head-to-head against Devin Dixon in the 2014 XC state championships.
Baking Red Baron frozen pizzas in the oven at your parents' house.
Smoking cigars well past midnight at your neighborhood pool.
Shotgunning cans of beers outside of your fraternity house.
Eating hot calzones from Eddie's on Clayton Street at 2:00 AM.
Feasting on scrumptious dishes at Mama's Boy with a mean hangover.

It doesn't really matter what you were doing; you were the life of the party wherever you went.
An unmatched aura of confidence and enthusiasm followed you, and that made me proud to call you my friend.
No one could make me crack a smile or warm my soul quite like you could.
And now you've finally met your match, someone who enhances your best qualities.
And by uniting with her, you are carrying forward that positive energy into the next chapter.
I had the pleasure of watching you develop as an individual; now I have the honor of seeing you and Danielle evolve collectively, making your mark on the world.
Whether or not you realize it, your relationship and this union will inspire people for generations.
Thank you for allowing my presence here at this celebration; I'm glad to witness such a beautiful and special phenomenon.
The two of you deserve what's best for you, and that is very obviously each other.
I pray that your lives receive endless blessings of joy and fulfillment. Cherish every moment together and cherish one another, always.

With Love and Care,
From Stephen

Congratulations on Your Marriage,
Ryan & Danielle,
Husband & Wife
