Brain Fog

I used to regularly watch YouTube videos at 2x playback speed. Nowadays, probably due to a combination of chronic sleep deprivation and the introduction of YouTube Shorts, I feel like my attention span is at an all-time low. I notice myself getting easily distracted by my own thoughts, unintentionally tuning out music or audio from a long-form video, and frequently rewinding media to replay portions I missed. I used to be a master of multitasking; now I just feel average.
