Believe it or not, I think you have a lot of valuable and compelling insight to share. That's why I've been making concentrated efforts to avoid inadvertently interrupting you while you're talking. Likewise, I've been privately reminding myself to reduce the rate at which I speak and to pause on occasion. That way you will have more opportunities to express your opinions.
