I don't know why you appear confused again. I've made my position abundantly clear. I never explicitly prohibited you from talking to me. And I neither enforced any restriction(s) in regard to communication between us nor implied any such constraint.

You told me several times you're going to call my number and provide an explanation.
Furthermore, you expressed an interest in restoring our friendship to its former glory.
Yet, you haven't been true to your word.

When you're ready to make an effort, you can. Absolutely nothing is stopping you.
But I'm not going to keep begging for reciprocation and chasing after you.
As I've already stated, now the ball's in your court.
