Fever Dream

Two weeks apart from you felt like an eternity for me.

And although I have inherited more trust issues (which I won't discuss now, since I am so happy just to be permitted to talk with you right now and I don't wish to have that discussion by means of text messages anyway) as a result of this ordeal, I think it's important that you know I'm glad you're here and I missed this. I still can't believe we're actually having a conversation again.

Those two weeks felt like a fever dream of epic proportions.
