Constructive Criticism

I can't force people to obey instructions using just my voice, much less force people to fundamentally reform their mindset/behavior in regards to work/life. Nor do I want to do that. That's not my job. That responsibility belongs to parents, guardians, educators, etc.

That said, I'm willing and able to offer advice/suggestions, to respectfully steer unmotivated people through difficulties. But some people who are overly defiant and lazy do not take kindly to feedback and guidance. In those cases what I say to them may not make a positive difference, or any difference.
