A Bleak Juxtaposition

I grew up envying the nurturing and mutually loving environment of traditional, nuclear families I observed among my peers and on television, because the juxtaposition of their healthy and mutually beneficial relationships and my hollow experiences with my soulless family evoked intense feelings of apathy and sorrow.
